I quit for a few months kept all my gains, bobo has kept his aswell i think he as quit over a year or more now. :cool


There are others i just can't think of any right now, you may lose alittle but just alittle.


When you stop for good all you have to do is a lite routine once aweek or every two weeks to make sure you keep your gains' but for the most part you will keep most of the gains anyway. :mrgreen

Josh set your goals and go for it. When you reach the desired status just follow a simple maintenance routine. Remember you PE for yourself, so you decide when its enough. Most of us will try to reach the maximum no doubt, but sooner or later we will all be satisfied. :lol:
