Hello CC members! Just signed up today and decided that I would take this whole PE thing a little more seriously.

Currently I'm doing some simple routines about 3-4 days a week and following the guidelines as closely as I can. My big question atm is what kind of Goals should I be setting? Now my long term goal is to reach 8x6.3 but I think a more attainable short term goal would keep me moving forward with the program in a positive manner.

Current measurements are 6.7 x 5.6 inches.

Thanks for any advice you can give me and I look forward to becoming part of this awesome community!

First, Make a diary, it helps alot with motivation and what not.

Second, read this (http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=4930).

Third, read it again..

Last, ask questions and hang out here alot.

As far as goals, while I'm hesitant about giving you any, because I don't know much about your body, weight, age, routine etc. but tentatively I'd say 7 x 5.75 in 6 months?

.3 inches in lenth and .15 inches in girth isn't that out of reach for a beginner.

Good luck, and there will always be someone here if you need them.

Oh, and KEGEL!!!!!!

It will help your sex life so much, and will improve your newb gains.

Welcome aboard tuch! What scientist said sounds all good...hell you may
even gain a little more then that in the short term.

Are those your bone pressed or non-bone pressed measurements? Pretty
good starting size.

Welcome to CC. Love that you want to set a short term goal. Its much easier to go up a flight of stairs one step at a time than to try to leap to the top in one jump.

Yeah, I definitely went with numbers a bit on the low side. Beginning is a difficult thing.

So I've started on my new PE routine.

5 Minute warm up in shower or with hot water

30 second stretches, all 5 directions

100 wet jelqs

5 Minute warm down

It's pretty basic to start but I think I'll try and add more stretches first then after a month or 2 start adding more wet and maybe dry jelqs. As for the PC muscle, I've been working on it for years. Often do them at work or when i'm sitting around doing nothing.
