Thats normal, i get it too. I think it depends on how horny you are and stuff cos sometimes, my girlfriend teases me and gets me horny that i dont last long at all but when i control it, she gets horny then she begs for a fuck so she doesnt have the chance to tease. There are probably other factors, for example, different possitions will feel better, what type of protection you use, what girl you're shagging, how fast you thrust... theres quite a big list.
