Nice idea. Another person who believes you need to keep your body guessing to maximize muscle growth? I believe that it is very important to not allow your body to adjust to what you are putting it through when it comes to bodybuilding.

Exactly! Muscle confusion! I enjoy finding new exercises to help mix things up. Allows me to hit different angles that I may be missing or not hitting as well with other exercises.

Some shoulder exercises (Arnold Presses, lateral raises, etc.). All these are really great. I haven't seen anyone else doing arnold presses at my gym, but they are definately something you should add to your workout. I usually start with arnold's or shoulder gridle dumbbell rows as my 1st exercises for shoulders.

Simple idea, use it...works well
High Incline, mid incline, flat bench...you rep at high incline then immediately
lower the incline a bit then rep some more, then lower the incline again, etc.
Chris Comfort again...

I like this idea they are actually called Mechanical drop sets and I incorportae them on occations in my routines. Simply put you use the same exercise variations starting with the hardest to preform working up to the easist. Here is a rather difficult set for arms using barbels without reducing weight.
set A:
steep incline preacher curl
preacher curl
standing curl
Set B:
Close grip benchpress
Medium grip benchpress
Wide grip benchpress
Preform set A with no rest, rest around 60 seconds, then preform set B with no rest, rest 60 seconds and repeat, 3-5 sets of 6-8 reps. blasts both biceps and triceps.
