I did PE for about 6 weeks and saw gains of about 1/4 inch length however with examinations coming up I couldn't warrant the 1/2 an hour minimum I spent on it. Next month I'll be able to start again with the intention of reaching 7 1/2 BPEL by the end of the year. Anything I can do now to prepare myself in advance - I'm thinking in terms of diet or anything else. Cheers guys.

Why such schedule? Remember not to start with a 30 minute workout because after the break Your dick isn't used to PE anymore, start as a beginner again. Good luck!

The irony is that your name is regulardude implying that your life is all scheduled out and that you have a set and constant routine you follow, though in reality you are, under first impression, sporatic and inconsistent.


Focus: I suggest kegals since you can do those any time you want and nobody will know. Also a great diet never hurt anybody and the same with good exercise, the less fat you have the longer your cock will look.
