I think the prosecution had a weak case. The trial wasn't about actual molestation, just percieved molestation. And the accusers were just plain trying to get money and using that kids illness to roll people over. I'm not saying he's not guilty though, but the evidence was very weak. if it is true about MJ then they should have had hard evidence. The Jury in my mind is still out on this one.

MJ is innocent, justice has been served.

I had trouble believing MJ would have been guilty. It was all about money... those bastards. MJ is weird as hell, and it is easy to attack him with stuff like this, like people has done in the history too (witch hunts etc.). I saw this document about MJ and he seems to be an adult kid sort of, still living his childhood... only having kids as friends was his crime, adults just don't act that way. All about money... that's how I see it.

hmm where are the anti-jackson crew???
I followed the trail as a law enthusiast, and based on reading the transcripts and watching the legal analysis, I believe justice was definately served

I agree with you guys. I think Jacko is weird, a man trapped in a kids body, but i dont think he would touch any one up. I dont even think hes had sex. I reckon they were conceived through artificial insamination or something. Could be totally wrong but its just what i reckon.

He's guilty of:
Never growing up
Not being satisfied with his looks
Making outstanding music for decades
Being a softie
Not taking responsibility for his life
SO send him to juve hall until he learns the lessons of life. Otherwise, Leave Him Alone.

He might as well take advantage of the whole fuss and attention brought on to him by the midia and make a few more grands, poor thing was "impoverished" after that.

USA is not about whether you are guilty or not its about how much dam money you have to drop in the case which will save you or break you.

It always gets me how people think that if you're rich you get away wth anything in court. Now this may or may not be true, but in THIS case, how has money helped? (better lawyers fair enough), but how else?

Being a celebrity is the factor that decides it mostly. Celebrities can just get away with more then regular people.
For example, jackass celebrities are viewed as COOL by alot of people. "Look, he doesnt take shit from anybody. He's so talented and cool".
Regular people with the same attitude are considered jerks and egoists.

I think you may have got something there valk, short of bribing the jury or judge I can't see how money alone will help that much (apart from better lawyer), whereas celebrity status obviously may.

Jackson allegedly has only $38,000 in the bank. While being $300,000,000 in debt. At one point he was spending $70,000,000 more each year than he was earning.
He's now, at last, truly Michael Jackass.

in my book he was guilty you don't hold hands and cluddle a teenager if you don't want to have sex with him. plus this is the fifth allergation made againts micheal for child abuse, one-maybe, two-i doubt it ,three-theres something going on there etc.
also why would a teenage boy come out and say that a man molested him think of the shame, all your friends would derset you i think that would be worse everybody knowing. might if i was in gavins shoes i would have killed michael the
old italian way exercution style. i think if he wanted money he could have just blackmailed micheal, why goto the cops ?

Probably was guilty in the first allegations 10 years ago. Thats why they settled. Tom Sneddon was pissed about that because he knew he could win the case. In this recent case however they were definitely out to fleece the "poor" bastard. I mean the main witness watched him molest his brother twice from a staircase a distance away and the molestee did not remember it because he was sleeping?? :? i mean hard on and ejacultion and everything??? :? Very fishy to me. If he was guilty then his molester should have been able to accuse him face to face. That is how the other cases where there were convictions worked. We're all guys here ( i hope) and we all know that no one can pleasure you or molest you without your knowledge. I don't think MJs' character is impeccable but there was no case.

Not necessarily. One time, true or not, will put a label on MJ:s forehead and after that the other times just might be because of the label, not to mention the big amount of money the first one got from the case. It just could be that there are some greedy people out there that are trying to get rich with the fact that their kid has been with MJ at the ranch. Guilty or not, but I can say for sure that none of us know it better than the jury who has seen all the facts.

The people pressing the case were looking for money and riding on the stereotype that he is Michael Jackson so he must molest children. They even had a history of cases that were denied of them because of perjury and just making shit up.
Though off topic I did hear a rumor that the reason his kids are white is because Makaly Caughlin (sp but seriously who cares he is washed up anyways :mrgreen ) provided the DNA material for the children
