It doesn't 'mean' anything. It just temporarily retracts closer to the body in colder weather, or if you go swimming. Welcome to CC, and don't be shy! Ask as many questions as you like.

If you are looking to add some size, then you've come to the right place. But don't expect miracles without effort, persistence, and consistency.

Theres nothing 'wrong' with you. you just have a below avg schlong. but thats why you're here right? just pick up PE and if you can stay consistent you can gain up to 2+ inches in a couple years. Not to mention your flaccid hang will increase a lot over time.

good luck

You may be surprised how many men are in the same boat you are. The thing is, you are obviously thinking you must be alone. Your not and you now have taken the first steps to getting out of that boat. I suggest you start a diary and research some routines and info on the boards. Ask questions and soak up knowledge like a sponge. When you are ready, begin a routine and I promise if you keep at it and put in the work you wont have to worry what it means to be 4 inches. As said before, all it means is that you are below average, but you can change it. Welcome to CC!

Typical for a small penis that is a grower (retracted when flacid).

The bit about gaining 25mm in erect length is pretty exciting stuff, leecher.

You might want to get your bone pressed measurement more precise, but there might be a quick gain to be made here.
