I started PEing about a month and a half ago and was 6.5-6.75 inches long. Not that I don't like my length, just that I feel its not in proportion to my body size.
I havn't noticed any real noticeable gains but I'm very very close to 7 inches in length now, if not 7 inches (without pressing too much into the bone)

When starting I did my workout 5 times a week.. then cut it down to 4 times.
here it is.. (about 20 minutes give or take)

2 minute towel warm up
3-4 minute stretching
4-5 minute length exercises
4 minute jelqing
4 minute girth exercises
1 minute massage
2 minute towel warm down


Sometimes I do the exercises longer depending on how I feel.. Also, when I started I wasn't kegaling but that was just for the first two weeks. I kegal throughout the day now.

Based on my workout are there any suggestions you can make?
Also, I'm curious, although this probably doesn't make a difference.. After the workout is it okay to urinate or not?

Congrats on the gains, man! Difficult to analyze Your workout without knowing what "girth exercises" and "length exercises" include. And yes, You can safely urinate after a workout.

you need to increase your warm up. Penis enlargement works by applying pressure to your penis. The the looser it is, the more pressure can be applied and for a longer time with a lower risk of injuring yourself.

Your routine takes a maximum of 22minutes. This routine takes 1 extra minute but incorporates a lot more exercises into it:

4 minute towel warm up + kegels
1 minute stretching - quick pre-session stretches of 5-10 seconds each direction, to further warm-up your penis
8 minute wet-jelqing - start with light fast jelqs (1 sec per jelq), then after 3 minutes move to tigher jelqs (3 seconds per/jelq)
4 minute girth exercises such as dry jelqs, or slow wet jelqs (5 sec p/jelq)

2 minute of 2 sets of 30 second holds with a 1 minute massage between the sets. After the second set do a quick 15 second massage for circulation)
4 warm down + stretches - best to get into the shower for these. Now that your penis is ultra loose from the workout, you can stretch it further. Go easy though. Do up to 25 seconds per/stretch)

At the moment my girth is almost 6 inches so I'm not going to do any girth exercises, I'm going to work on getting my length up first then do the girth.

Thanks for the input. :) . P.S. this stuff is tough to do eh? but once in the routine its pretty easy

Are there any length or girth exercises that worked well with you that you can recommend?

for length: wet jelqs - light jelqs, 1-2 secs per jelq, with 50-70% erection. This is more of a stretching jelq. It has worked for me for length. Personally I trust it for length but am focused on girth so I am doing slow wet jelqs with higher erection %.

Just yesteday I measure myself 100% flaccid and I was suprised. Before I started PEing I was 3.5 inches flaccid. Now I'm a little over 4 inches flaccid. To be exact, I've gone from 8.5-9cm to 10.5cm flaccid. :)
