Hello,
I am new to this forum in terms of being registered. I have been reading the posts for a long time now though. I have been performing PE exercises for a few months now but not really keeping up on it. So I figured that I would register on here so that it would give me some more motivation to keep up the work. I will post my current routine and if you guys could give some criticisim or tips I would really appreciate it.

5 days on 2 days off

Warm up ( 5 - 10 mins )
Stretches (up, down, left, right) - 1 min in each direction 3 reps
Decided to use the Sythetic Jelq - doing 150 reps right now (to much?)
Holds 2 x 10 secs
Then another set of stretchs

I also am trying to do a kegels routine that Wern suggested.

I you guys could fill me in on what you think I would really appreciate it

Thanks
-Twisted

What is with these newbies. Working out everyday is a bad plan. You need to take more days off.

Like the rest of your body, the real results come from recovery. On your days off your body rebuilds, bigger and stronger.

The rest of your workout is fine IMO just do it every other day and you will be fine.

Sythetic's routine is one of the best around, but it's quite intense. Follow T_P's advice and take it easy for about 2/3 months (I mean have more off days in between for recovery). Nothing wrong with 5 on 2 off, but for now keep it easy with more off days in between... not only for recovery, but also to get your tissue more resilient to the exercise, thus avoiding unwanted injuries. After some time, you can adopt the 5 on 2 off approach for your workout.

Welcome aboard mate. :cool
