Well lads... my hold experiment was all going well, then i couldnt get a full erection. WOW, it hit me like a train when i realised... I couldnt GET IT UP properly, it was around 80% and no more... bendy erection, braking my heart everytime i looked at it.

Then... I thought to myself... no, relax, its all mental, you need to take at least 24hours off PE and you need to take it easy...

So i took 24 hours off PE, had loads of vitimins minerals and water, and spent a DAY RAPING MY PE MUSCLE i keegeled LOADS for one day... then i went to sleep that night. woke up and my penis was a rage of iron and testoserone.

So, ive learnt from experience, problems with erection = day or two off, loads of good nutrition, good healthy sleep, and de stress yourself, and do PLENTY of kegels. I must have done well over 2000 in one day that time. It was burning.




anyway, my point is.... PE seems to be scaring me off a bit, i get scared when i think im going to loose erection strength.

Kegels... I was wondering, do you NEED to INCREASE the workload, like with PE and normal weight training, progressive overload etc? 500 a day add 50 each week or something?

It seems when i keegel, it builds up all this potential power in my erections... then i have an erection and it feels like a METAL ROD for about 10 minutes, then its like a normal erection? is that normal? Its not like that when im with a girl tho, metal rod all the way. But im wondering, if the PC muscle just builds up its strength for a short period of time or something, can anyone shed light on this?

Werns keegel routine is not ENOUGH for me... I wonder... do i need to just be in a routine, or do i just need to do A FUCK LOT most days? It seems to get that "led dick feeling" I realy do need to do a FUCKING LOT of keegels. any ideas?

Hi Jelqster,

0) This thread needs to be moved out of non pe chat.

1) You can increase if you like but you dont have to do so and you will hit a point where you start to overtrain your BC muscle. If you want to give it a better workout perhaps look at weighted kegels. Nobody wants to be doing 1000's of kegels anyway, it would take too long.

2) Think of it in much the same way as working any other muscle. You get a pump that lasts for a while and then it goes away. However, the more you work that muscle the stronger it gets and the more control you have over it. No matter what you do, youre not going to have a constant steel rod in your pants for 8 hours, if you did it would probably be quite painful.

3) You don't need to feel like you've beaten the living shit out of your cock for it to have been a successful workout. A wise man once said less is more...

thanks for the quick response and good advice there!

I think what I should do is back off from kegels for a day, I have trained my BC muscle like crazy, and just had a wank and the erection quality was less then satisfying :confused: :confused: :( :( :( ....

so my plan is no more kegels today at all, then a good sleep, and il see how i feel tomoro! Then if its still bad tomoro, then not many kegels, maybe some weighted kegels in the evening with a book or something....

Weighted keegel workout something like this...

1) non weighted, "warm up" 50 short fast kegels, to get a small burn to LOCATE the muscle well.


With a book resting on the penis...
2) 25 1 second kegels
3) 25 2 second kegels
4) 10 5 second kegels


5) 1x maximum hold. with or without the book

Weighted kegels are what you should be focused on if my original routine seems insufficient. Using a book is going to be retty hard for balance. You can use a shirt, singlet, towel etc. They also have significant weight but won't fall off your dong.

And you can grip to bottom of the towel and apply extra resistance with your hands if need be.

how do you keep an erection long enough to do this routine, i would assume if you are anything less then 100 percent erect the towel woudl slip off

no, the erection can be lower than 100%. As soon as you start the flexes, the erection will go down. ust keep doing it until the towel slips off ;)
