Well lads... my hold experiment was all going well, then i couldnt get a full erection. WOW, it hit me like a train when i realised... I couldnt GET IT UP properly, it was around 80% and no more... bendy erection, braking my heart everytime i looked at it.
Then... I thought to myself... no, relax, its all mental, you need to take at least 24hours off PE and you need to take it easy...
So i took 24 hours off PE, had loads of vitimins minerals and water, and spent a DAY RAPING MY PE MUSCLE i keegeled LOADS for one day... then i went to sleep that night. woke up and my penis was a rage of iron and testoserone.
So, ive learnt from experience, problems with erection = day or two off, loads of good nutrition, good healthy sleep, and de stress yourself, and do PLENTY of kegels. I must have done well over 2000 in one day that time. It was burning.
anyway, my point is.... PE seems to be scaring me off a bit, i get scared when i think im going to loose erection strength.

Kegels... I was wondering, do you NEED to INCREASE the workload, like with PE and normal weight training, progressive overload etc? 500 a day add 50 each week or something?

It seems when i keegel, it builds up all this potential power in my erections... then i have an erection and it feels like a METAL ROD for about 10 minutes, then its like a normal erection? is that normal? Its not like that when im with a girl tho, metal rod all the way. But im wondering, if the PC muscle just builds up its strength for a short period of time or something, can anyone shed light on this?

Werns keegel routine is not ENOUGH for me... I wonder... do i need to just be in a routine, or do i just need to do A FUCK LOT most days? It seems to get that "led dick feeling" I realy do need to do a FUCKING LOT of keegels. any ideas?
