hi ive starting pe'ing about a month ago and i just measured and i see no progress..

heres my routine

5 min hot wrap
200 wet jelqs (2-3 secs each) (+100 per month)
20 min of stretching (30 secs per direction, 30 sec break)
7 min hot wrap

anything wrong?

Do the stretches first. It seems to make the chambers more flexible for jelqs.
Otherwise routine looks fine. Consider 25 - 30 dry jelqs. try this.

5 min warm up + kegals
5 min stretches all directions
100 wet jelq
25-30 dry jelq
2 min stretch all directions
100 wet jelq
5 min warm down or hot shower/bath MWF or 2 on 1 off.

Try doing 3 days a week m-w-f then off 2 days, need healing time to grow. :cool

Maybe it's somehting else entirely. Like maybe your life style? Do you get a good amount of sleep? Do you eat healthy? Things of that nature can slow growth in any part of the body.

Just adding my feeble two cents.

If they feel like a glorified wank - You're doing them wrong.

Think more getting the last bit of tomato puree out of the tube.

Yep, too much stretching in my opinion. 5 minutes should be more than enough... that 20 minutes of stretching could be the thing that pushes the intensity of Your routine to overtraining -> no gains. It's very important that You heal enough between every session, and if the routine is too intense You won't heal enough and You'll only be ripping the old wounds open. Less is more, Sir!

ah thanks for all the input

i eat and sleep pretty healthily cuz i'm body building at the same time
so at least thats one less thing holding my progress back :neut:

ill consider all ur suggestions

hmm.. ur routine says

wet jelq
dry jelq
wet jelq

but doesn't wudnt the lube from the wet jelq make the next dry jelqs into wet jelqs?

Good point you make there Canadian. If you want to save the lube then probably dont do dry J in between. You have to dry it up if you do it in between.
The idea of short burst of dry j is to work the penis opposite to the wet j so that the last set of wet j really gets more intense at the end. Matter of choice really.
