I am doing about 200 jelqs per day and 100 kegels with a warm up everyother day. I have seen improvements over two weeks. When should I step up my routine. In another week? Or should I wait until I have done this for about a month and then step it up.

And when I step it up what do you suggest I should do?

I have a question for anyone to answer. Is it okay if I stick to the newbie routine for like 3-4months will I still gain or will I have to come up with a routine on my own. Also when streching am I suppose to pull the head or pull at the base thanks. :shock:

Use the newb routine until you think you should up the intensity. If you're still gaining then dont change a thing but you're dick will tell you when it needs to be worked harder. As for the stretching, i posted a link to some videos in another thread where you asked the same question :evil:

OK, then next thursday I plan to step it up. But step up to what?

250 jelqs a-day? or Just 300? Maybe some other excersives? If so, then how EXACTLY do you preform a Dry Jelq? I was always confused about that.

And is there anything else I can do to improve the amount I cum, besides kegels? I have been working out and eating healthier and losing wieght.

try a smaller jump, like 225. and go check out all the stickies on dry jelqs, its the same as wet, except dry. :\
