First of all I'd like to say hi to all of you!
I compiled a list of PE program and I'd like you to check it so I'm sure I'm going to do it right.
1.HOT TOWEL WARM-UP (5mins)
Put your penis in a bag of warm water for few minutes.
2.STRECHING EXERCISES (25-30mins)
-Pull your penis in front of yourself.Stretch it as much as you can without causing pain.Hold it there for 5
minutes.After each pull, pull it out slightly further.
-Relax for one minute.Twirl your penis about 30times.
-After the last pull, pull your penis out for 1minute with 10tugs (povlecenje) outwards.
3.GROWTH & CIRCULATION (1min)
Take the penis and whip it around gently.Whip it no more than 30times, making sure you cup your scrotum with
the other hand, otherwise it will bounce around and get hurt.
4.DRY JELQING (10-20mins)
In the dry milkin you squeeze and pull the skin, but you don't slide your fingers over the skin!
Make an "OK" sign and grab your base and pull and last for 2s.Then you can move to the middle of the shaft.
-Week1 (200-300 strokes at medium strength, 10mins)
-Week2 (300-500 strokes at medium-full strength, 15mins)
-Week3 (500- as strong as you can, 20mins)
5.PC EXERCISES (5mins)
-PC Clamps (squeeze and release quickly, 250/day)
-Long Squeeze (squeez and hold for 30s)
-Stair Steps (squeeze and release slowly)
6.WARM DOWN (5-10mins)
Massage your penis for couple of minutes and apply warm water.
After months of searching info I came to this.Once I bought MagnaRX patches (2months stash) and it acctually "grew" my penis for 1,5cm but then it came back down when I stop taking those pacthes so that's why I don't belive in them anymore.
I'm going to start exercising on Monday and I need someone, who knows how's this done, to tell me if that program of mine is OK.
I'm also open to any suggestion.
