this is my 1st time on this board, i have been working out for around 4 months, im definately alot stronger as i do around 25 mins cardio, then 3 sets of 5 about 90% of max, on the excersises. i was wondering, i was to have a bigger upper body, im 6 ft 3 atm a little bit overweight. so i plan to keep up cardio, im doin 3 sets of 12 reps at about 70% weight. is this right for mass build? if not please help. :)
