Hey all :) im 18 and my account just got activated, however i have been browsing for a few weeks. ive been jelqing for 2 weeks, and have just started doing stretches. i believe this can work from what ive read here. i will use bp measurements as im slightly overweight but losing so it wont affect my results. i need help with kegels, ive read alot but im not sure how many to do and how often, ive done them before, but ive never seemed to progress, i thort i might be over training the pc muscle. happy to be here :) i start at exactly 7x6, im happy with it, but if i could optimize it, it would give me a confidence boost with girls :)

Starting:
BP Length: 175mm
Girth:150mm
Exactly 7 x 6

Goals:
Short term: 7.5 x 6+
Long Term: 8.5 x 7
Ultimate 9 x 7.5

Routine (2 on 1 off):
5-10 mins warm up massage in bath
10 mins jelqing (4 second strokes)
30 seconds stretch (down/right/left/up/out)
5 x 50 kegels
10 x 10 second kegel holds
5-10 mins warm down

Ill update every month

14/11/08:
Bp Length: 179mm
Girth: 151mm

Routine:
Previous Routine + :

Jelq +2.5mins
Kegel Whenever i can/want
Stretching + 30 mins stretch downward

16/12/08:
Bp Length: 182mm
Girth: 152mm
Routine:

Previous Routine but 3 days on 1 off

Welcome aboard TF. :cool

Routine looks good. You're set on the right track. Kegels are quite procedural once you manage to target your PC muscle. Just do as much as you like, as often as you like.

You're one lucky fella with your starting stats. 7X6 is the goal for quite a number of blokes.

i am dude, i really am, i just feel if i could optimize what i have, it would give me alot more self confidence

1 month update :
New BP Length: 179mm (+4)
New girth: 151mm (+1)
not too bad, quite pleased

New routine:
still a noob so
5-10 mins warmup
2 x 30 sec stretch each direction if i can be bothered
12:30 mins of 4 sec wet jelqs (+2.5 mins)
5 x 50 kegels
2 x 5 10 second kegel holds
warm down

2nd month update:

New Bp Length: 182mm (+3)
New Girth: 152 (+1)
Im pleased because i didnt think i had gained at all this month, but ive put on a bit of weight which im gona lose starting 2day ;) so it probly just looks smaller.

New Routine:

5-10 mins warmup
3 x 30 second stretch each direction
12:30 mins wet jelq around 50%-70% 4 sec strokes
Kegels when i want every day can be up to 1:30hrs sundays off
At least 30 min constant stretch while watching tv or something
Warm down

After this month i will be adding some new stuff to my routine :) any recommendations?
