I know i am supposed to stretch with it retracted.. but Do i do my wet jelqs with my foreskin retracted? Also, what do you guys think my erection level should be on wet jelqs? 50-70%? If i feel im getting too excited should I wait for it to go down?

I believe it is inevitable for the foreskin to cover your glans when you start doing wets. It just can't stay back because there is still some friction on the skin.
So no, it doesn't have to be pulled back, because it won't stay like that.
What benefits could it possibly bring to do wets and constantly pull your foreskin back again? Dry's are a whole different story, since it is the foreskin that you are using to move the blood inside your shaft.
And about erection level, I'd suggest <50%, it will take time for you to get used to that constant touching and stimulus, so don't stress about it. Just keep doing them and when you become hard, just stop for a second.
This will be frustrating in the beginning, but PE is still a slow process. So you should keep an level head.

Another question, should I get an erection first and let it slowly go down to 50% then begin jelqing or begin jelqing soft and allow it to reach 50%?

i dont stretch with foreskin retracted, i have always stretched with foreskin covering glans. but i pull back skin a bit to make sure i am getting a lig stretch.

It doesn't really matter, whatever works best for you. (in this case I believe letting the erection subdue from a full erection to 50% mifght work best, since you have trouble with getting excited about the stimulus)
All the things in PE are pretty much very individual, what works for you in the long run etc.
Jelqster, isn't that kind of hard? Do you manage to do more than 15sec stretches at a time?
I mean, I did try stretching with the foreskin over the glans when I first started PE, but it didn't work, and didn't really give a good stretch. What it mostly did was stretch the skin rather than the penis.
And whoa, first you say you do it fully covering always, but then you say you pull it back just a little bit to get a good lig stretch?
What the f--- man? :lol:
