Well, I started PEin' about a year ago.
Was into it for about 4 months then some really really bad shit went down, and I just lost all motivation to do anything. Was a real downpoint in my life but thats a sob story for another website. Now I am back.
My main point of doing this diary is for motivation, nothing else.
Starting up routine:
5 mins warm up.
10 30 sec stretches.
150 wet jelqs
50 dry jelqs base/middle, 50 middle/head (or 3 20 sec holds - not sure if they're enough)
5 min warmdown
I go day on, day off. If I get red spots I take the next day off.
Drink somewhere around 4-6 glasses of water a day, and am starting to run consistantly every evening after work (usually I PE after the run while the blood is pumping, not sure if that helps or hurts, will post my findings)
So hopefully the running will get rid of some of that fat area just above Lil' Jimmy and I can get my 6 pack back.
EL is 6 3/4"
EG is 5"
Shooting for length mainly but girth is and has been tough for me to gain.
Anyways.
