Well, I was a user on the old forum years ago, have lurked a bit and tried a bit but never commited myself. Did have a bit of a moment a year or two back when I did a little where the GF at the time commented that I felt bigger, which was a huge plus, but never stuck to it.

Time for commitment! I'll be PEing regularly so have started a progress chart so you guys can kick my ass if I don't keep to it.

Starting measurements:

Length: 6.5" BP
Girth: 5.25" BP

So its not too bad to start with, I must admit length is my main aim, and with that I guess I'll need some girth to stop it looking skinny. I guess 8x6 would be ideal!

I'm following the beginners routine in the forum, and am doing my Kegels whilst brushing my teeth (someone did a great post on here). Can feel a burn when I've done them, I do 19 5 second holds, with the 20th hold being for 20seconds. I'm sure theres better routines, but its a start.

Any advice or encouragement welcome guys :mrgreen

Welcome Mr, you can hardly start better since you have evidence from you and from another person that PE works in you, only need a bit of consistence and wham.

I remember reading out there that the pubboccygeus muscle (PC for short, the one that you kegel) is very hard to overtrain, so you cant go wrong with longer holds, say 40 to 60 seconds. Good luck!
