I never really did a complicated routine. Wet jelqs, dry jelqs, JAI stretches, and towards the end I added in holds. If I remember right I didnt even start doing wet jelqs until a few months in. I started out doing 60 dry jelqs, and when I started doing wets, I think i did 30 of those to start. I took it slow and added 10 jelqs a week until I got up to I think 150 dry and maybe 100 wet? Something like that.
Taking time off every 4-6 months seems to let the tissue settle almost, and then when you go back to it you can use a much easier routine and see gains because they are like newbie gains again.

i find it very interesting the success you have seen while doing only holds. this is a testament to less is more, quality over quantity. maybe a virtue of holds is that theres less room for slipping technique and the nature of the stress put on the tissue. how long did you pe before doing an all holds/stretches routine?

I never really went and stuck with an all hold/stretch routine and saw gains honestly. I used holds to supplement my routines and I did all stretching as an experiment.

Yep, basically. Kept the core excercises and added and removed things overtime. I tried horses for about a week(nearly broke my dick), *** blasters(somewhat helpful but nearly killed my cock like horses did), used helishakes for a while before I found out long term for me it led to uneven shape, etc.
Basically I found the healthy way for me was to stick to the excercises I do now, not miss a workout if at all possible(I would PE before dates for instance, or I would go to bed an hour later, you have to be consistent), and I think the ultimate key to length gains at least is a really good warmup. I think my warm ups have been extremely important to my length gains.

Three times a week, it shifts around sometimes though. Some weeks it is TThSa, other weeks it's MWF. Basically I don't have the kind of time I used to so I just get 3 in with a day between.
Good point, currently I am 10 1/8 inch in EL and 7 1/4 inches around. I have 7/8ths of an inch in length still to go in 11 months. I'm hoping I don't gain anymore girth. I'm not even doing holds and I put on 1/8th inch in girth this month. :shock:

Actually I remember what you are talking about now, and I think I had done my routine for about 5 or 6 months before I did that. I only did that all hold/stretch routine for a little over a month. Check my old progress diary, I have it written down. I'm going to end up contradicting myself because that was like 3 years ago at this point. Eeek.

17 minutes of warm up at 158 degrees
JAI stretch, 2 sets of 30 seconds of stretching in each direction(total of 5 minutes of stretching)

JAI stretch, 2 sets of 30 seconds in each direction(5 minutes again)

PE works differently for everyone. Here is why I do my routine the way I do it. If I can get gains by doing a 45 minute work out, as opposed to an hour, I am going the shorter route. I think too many people jump up waaaay too fast and instead of going with a less is more approach, pile on everything and overtrain their dicks like crazy.
I prefer to work as little as possible and gain. :lol:

I was at 10 1/8th, and now I have reached 10 1/4 so I am up 1/4 inch total so far and 1/8th in the last month.
The heating pad has been helping a ton, I can get an amazing stretch after using it.

My wet jelqs are probably at about 80-90% erection level. I have been doing them fast honestly, as 150/4 = ~38. Basically what I do is get a full on erection, kegel about 5 times to get it to start to relax and then wet jelq like crazy.

Since January 2nd, I have been using a makeshift routine. I can't do wet jelqs right now due to my parents being around. I'm home for christmas break, though I go back to my apartment soon.
I've been doing this routine
17 minutes of warm up at 158 degrees
JAI stretch, 2 sets of 1 minute stretching in each direction
dry jelqs, 100 base to mid, 100 mid to tip
JAI stretch, 2 sets of 1 minute in each direction
17 minute warm down again
Starting to really take a lot of time to get this routine done. Since JAI stretching is a 2 second pull, then 2 second relaxation period, 10 minutes of JAI is really only 5 minutes of stretching. Depending on how my numbers look at my next measuring session, I will decide on whether or not to toss wet jelqs back in.

Stopped doing A arm stretches, was detrimental to erection strength.
I've moved back to just doing 30 second static stretches in place of the A arm stretches and seen results.
Still not that close to my goal, but I have a little while.

It was hanging lower when I was doing A arm stretches, probably somewhere near 7.5 on average. It seems to be hovering around 7 inches now that I stopped doing them and just picked up static stretches again.

I honestly don't remember how I used to do it, but in the last year, year and a half my holds are a seperate thing. I do stretching and jelqs earlier in the day, then later at night I do holds.
I'm going to post the revised routine I'm using in General PE here in the next week or two. It's helped me gain so it seems to be working. Tad extreme in some ways though.

And on that note , shit , I gotta agree with some of the guys, too big is just obsessive unless you are fucking loose women. 81/2 - 9 EL is all you need to hit the cervical opening, most of my women can't take more than 8 inches, but they are all under 5'5".
