I alwasy struggle with this, the only place i can actually get a good grip is if i hold mid shaft and pull however this way i feel like i am stretching more of the skin then i am the Ligs. When i hold right behind the glans only then i feel more of a lig pull however i cannot keep the grip in that location because i dont have enough to grab on to and it slips.

Any help

Are you uncut? I am, and usually i pullt the skin back so my head is totally showing, and put the end of a sock that i have cut (so its just like a circle of sock) just where the shaft meets the helmet, and then strethc from there. Skin is pulled back so theres no skin stretch, its all ligs, and also the grip never fails because of the grip of the sock. Hope that helps.

I will go into more detail on each in my tips thread but there are a few ways to improve grip. Baby powder, a cut sock, maybe a handkerchief. Then I got to thinking, a good stretch is all about grip. What is made to help grip? My weight lifting gloves. The grip is amazing, the palm is soft, and there is no irritation or pain what so ever.

That is fucking hardcore hahaha. I wouldn't really be embarrassed getting caught doing pe but if I was wearing workout gloves I would be mortified hahaha. I used to use rubber latex gloves and they did the trick lol.

I had hard time stretching because I use hot shower as a warmup, so things tend to be quite moist when I do my stretches.
But I now dry everything good and there is no problem with grip, although sometimes it does feel uncomfortable because my hands aren't exactly silky smooth..

It works. It seems to provide enough grip that the exposed fingers wont slip.

I tried it yesterday but it actually started to hurt my dick head, like a scratch feeling. Im thinking about latex gloves. I am really struggling with this grip issue now. I put on my ADS stretcher yesterday and did manual stretches with it but i really dont like getting fluid build up so i dont use it much.

using the ads has been the ONLY way I ever was able to do a good stretching routine imo. I definitely woundn't worry about the fluid buildup if you only use it for manuals. Unless you are having it last for 13 hours I highly doubt it will do anything negative.

I tied the ADS to my door and kind of lean backwards a little bit for an intese front out stretch. However the intesnity of even for 50 seconds leaves me with serious fluid build up, mind you im doing it wihtout hte litle yellow peace as it ripped a long time ago, mabie i should buy it again.

Also i bought latex gloves but when i grip the head and pull it still hurts my head a lot like a scratching feeling.
