Figured I'd start a diary to keep track. I started PEing a couple years ago, stopped for a while, now I am becoming more serious about it. I started up again in January and have been getting pretty good gains so far. I was a little under 6 inches (15 cm) and I didn't measure my girth then so I have no idea of my gains. I'm now a little under 17 cm, so I'm gonna say about 16.8 cm which is about 6.6 inches. My girth right now is 5.2. I guess my goal is 7.5 by 5.5. My routine is pretty simple.

Heli Shakes
Shower warm up
Light stretches while I am in the shower
Heli Shakes
10 minute wet jelq (now 20 minutes since I'm back from college and have more time, I also do heli shakes every 5 minutes or so, and kegel to get more blood into the head every now and then)
Warm down with a hot towel
More stretches

I pretty much do stretches anytime I get a chance. I also kegel throughout the day, don't really know how many I do but I'll do them anytime I get a chance too. Trying to do about 100 throughout the day. I also think I am going to start doing some holds. I also take L-arginine and L-ornithine. I'll try to update when I get a chance to and if there are any changes to my routine. Thanks for listening,,,,

I think I cheated on my last measurements, just measured today, and I was around 16.5-17 cm. My girth measurement was correct and I measure today and it was 13.5 which is 5.3149, so i guess I gained a little girth. I haven't been able to PE as much as I wanted this last month, I had to go back to school and I took as much as like a week off from it. So I am back on it, same routine as described but I think I never jelqed with enough an erection so I am going to start with more of an erection now, I did it yesterday harder and I saw how much fuller and veinier my dick was, so I guess thats a good sign. Sounds good. Just make sure not to jelq with too much of an erection. At most 80%

Yeah, I won't. I am beginning to think I have been doing this wrong for quite sometime and now I will have better gains. Jelqing at a higher erection allows a lot more blood to fill up the head. Also, within the 20 minute jelqing session I have also been doing 30 second holds and 30 second helicopter shakes. Don't know how often I do them but I will throw them in there everynow and then. I try to do about 3 holds a session and a couple helicopter shakes.

I was wondering if any of you guys have a problem stretching sometimes. I feel like sometimes its hard to get a grip and hold it. I've never really done a lot of stretching but I think I'm gonna try to do some more because I am primarily looking for length gains...

I kegel and do a couple of jelqs to get some blood into the head. Not too much just enough to get a good grip and then I start to stretch. Also helps to massage and do helishakes in between stretches to get the bloodflow back. but remember not too much. Your penis should be virtually flaccid for streches.

Got a hernia removed. So I haven't PEed in a couple weeks probably not going to for another week or so. Really pissed off because I really liked where it was going with my holds and how huge and meaty it looked. Ups and Downs...

Good to hear. There are higher priorities than PE and giving yourself time to recover from surgery is a good one. You will get back to where you were.

Haven't measured in a while also haven't been too consistent but I've been at it for like 2-3 weeks now. Basically I do some light stretches after a towel wrap, then jelq for 20 minutes with some holds in between, then have another towel wrap with some light stretches. I really want length but for some reason I have a really hard time with stretches, it just bores me and its tough to get a good grip sometimes. It does look like it has gotten vienier but not really that much bigger. I am going to measure it when I get back to school where I have my ruler...

Good to hear You're still PE'ing. I managed to start again after 1,5 years of no PE'ing, feels good to be back in business. :D

Yeah, it is exciting to start up again. It's just after a while, I might miss a day or two of PEing than I'm just like fuck it. So I stop for a while but when I start it up again, it feels like I'm doing something productive with my life. :D

Measured length today and I can happily say I gained some length, I'm now a little over 17.5 cm. As for my girth I don't really have anything right now to measure it well with but I know it has definitely gotten fatter, so I might as well wait until I can measure it right. The routine has been staying the same so I guess I'll keep you guys updated if anything changes. Thanks for stopping in.

I'm getting a penis extender/stretcher since I hate doing stretches manually. We will see how it goes...

I'm at about 7 inches in length although I haven't been doing much and I am now going to start using this stretcher I have gotten. I will let you guys know how its all going. I always thought my girth was average/above average but I see all these pornos and my dick is so much smaller compared to theirs, so I just don't know...:(

Measure girth for the first time in a long time and it's grown to 5.7 inches, so I gained a half an inch which is nice. I still need more length though, hopefully my stretcher will help with that...

I've been using the stretcher on a semi-consistent basis with really no results, I'm using once a day for like 20 minutes or so. I think I'm going to increase it and wear it more often. Does anyone have any advice for length, because I am struggling here...
