So I've been messing around with this girth routine for a while, and have a couple of questions for the experienced big gainers.
Mostly, what sort of grip do you use? I've been tending towards a fairly light grip that sort of "massages" the blood down the shaft, while trying to maintain a higher level of erection (since the grip is lighter). I don't think anyone here actually really squeezed to force the blood down the shaft do they?
Also, I do my jelqs in sets of 10 usually, as this is the max I can do while maintaining the ideal erection level. Is this alright do you think?
