OK, when I am doing my excersizes I have a hard time staying at about 50-60% erect. I always get harder and harder, then I have to take a break and let myself relax, if you will. Especially when I get close to the glads on my penis.
I have been doing PE for about two weeks now and this happens every time. Is there a way to stay calm or what? Will it come with time? Or do I just have to concentrate?
Any help I would love. Thanks guys.

Clear your mind. Remember that PE is exercise; it's work. Don't think about anything else, just make every exercise a good one. Over time, the erections will subside.

When that happens to me I usually use the OK grip at the base of my penis and cut off the blood supply for a while until the erection subsides. Works for me. Hope it helps you. :D

When i get more erect i usually kneel down think of something else and it usually goes away. :cool
But in time you will get used to it.

Soon you will be the opposite, not getting it hard enough for PE because you disassociate the pleasurable sensation of masterbation and the strenuous exercise of PE. It is an ossilating cyle in which you eventually find a happy median.

kegels may help, doing a bunch of kegels can tire it out and make it subside for a few moments, or long enough to do a bunch of jelqs.

when i first started it would get hard and then i would have to stop. i have been doing it for 4 months now, and i find its easier to keep it around 60-80 percent, if i let myself wander too much it gets to flaccid, then i have to focus on getting harder again.

Yeah, it was amazing, just last time I worked out. Which was monday. It was so much easier to keep it at around 60-80%. I wonder how it will be like today. Only time will tell.

i find that i can keep it 60%+ erect if i try and keep my kegel muscle flexed the entire time, obviously i relax occasionally, but i am getting good about keeping my kegels partially flexed for long periods of time, like 50-75 jelqs. if i relax it for too long, my penis starts to get too flaccid and i have to refocus and flex the kegels.

Kegels are an excellent help while jelqing, I used to use them to pump blood in too.
