Any new ideas out there?
Stuck in limbo here, just looking for some new thinking or older thinking that I have just looked over. I am feeling like I need to do something a little out there to get some new gains.
Please try to keep this serious- I know I could tie it to a car and start walking backwards, unfortunately I would like to use it at some point again
Thanks -

Something just passed thru my mind, involving doing your PE inside a hot bath rather than just applying hot water as a warmup.

Rummy go back to basics if that is how your feel. Also consider taking 2 weeks off to let everything heal back up, then hit it again.

Try hanging and clamping. If you want a good hanger let me know and ill rep you the site ive been reading about some people who have had some SERIOUS gains from hanging if your consistent i dont see why you couldnt get 1.5- 2 inches per year that is about an average with consistent hangers.

Look at oldies recent advice over the last 3 weeks. Training purely with girth exercises, lots of holds and drys, and see the effect it might have on length gains. Good luck. Thats what im doing, writing a thread on it in a second.

Three things: Variation, variation, variation.
I can suggest you a dozen different things, but I'm not you, your willie is attached to your body and not mine. Look through all the PE info available and design a different routine. The basics are there, it's up to you elaborate a way round your plateau.

Sorry I got to this thread late but I echo Baseballer. Go back to the basics. Refocus your efforts on technique and going slowly. Thats how I broke through my plateau.
