Starting stats (as of 9/3/2008):

FL: 3" 7/8
FG: 4" 1/16
NBPL: 5" 1/2
BPL: 6" 1/2
EG: 4" 3/8

This is my second bout with PE. I originally gained about 5/16" EG and 1/2" NBPL. That is all gone now. I am going to start with a very consistent, but very mild routine. My dick is very sensitive, so I don't want to overtrain early.

Goal (by 8/1/2009):

NBPL: 6" 1/2
BPL: 7" 1/4
EG: 5" 1/4

Here is the routine that I will start (as of 9/14/2008):

Sun - ON | Mon - ON | Tues - OFF | Wed - ON | Thurs - ON | Fri - OFF | Sat - OFF

5-10 minute warmup with rice-sock
5-direction stretch - 30 seconds in each direction (1 set)
50 wet jelqs @ 75-80%
helishakes for 30 seconds
5-10 minute warmdown with rice-sock

I wanna be the first one to say good luck and remember it's a marathon not a sprint. Stick with it and your goals will come.

Better luck this time. Short term PE stretches the cock, longer term consistency make cells grow for permanent change.
