I used to get them free from a 'family planning clinic'. So I guess its also a 'if you want to avoid a family clinic' :D

Just go to a family clinic if you don't want to fork over the dough.
Here in the states we have planned parenthood...Or.. You could try a DIY vasectomy

There are many places You can get free condoms from, because they keep the diseases from spreading... just as they give clean injection needles to drug addicts to stop AIDS and other blood diseases from spreading, at least here in Finland they do.
