Hello,
I know that wrong PEing wont make your penis smaller, but is there anyway that it would not promote natural penis growth? Welcome to CC, Sir! May I ask where You're from and how old are You? Ok, to Your questions... You can't shrink Your penis with bad PE technique, but You sure can injure it if You do too much too soon (=no gains). Just take it easy and slow, and You'll be ok. That newbie routine You posted is perfect for beginners, and once a day (every other day) is enough. Stick to that for a month or two, and then we can think of something else. About those stretches and wraps etc... You'll find all the answers in the newbie section (top of the board, "sticky" topics). I could explain them here too, but it's really worth Your effort to do Your homework there, lots of useful information You should read. If You can't find Your answers there, then ask here again.
