Hey you guys know of any supplements that will help with studies.

Like stuff that boosts memory, ability to think and absorb information.

I mean it can even be supplements that arent manufactured specially for tha reasons and advertised to help increase your ability to learn. But somehow you personally discovered it helps you.

I'm also interested in supplements that provides you with energy all day. Something that really helps you max your fuel out, know what I mean. I need to spend the whole day to finish tonnes of work at one sitting, without getting up for the entire day sometimes.

Responses are seriously, GREATLY appreciated. I REALLY need extra help to get me going.

There are a number of pills that will increase focus and some body building supplememnts such as NO Expolde from BSN increases focus. A good multi vitamin will do the same for you as well. Two of the most recommended for help studying are Focus Factor and Focuset.

caffeine is supposed to help with focus/memory/learning. Most of these products revolve around it and everything else is there is kinda bull in my opinion. Piracetam is supposed to be very good for memory and focus. From what I have read about it you combine it with something else because it can also make you tired (not exactly sure about this one). Primaforce sells a bulk powder of the stuff which is pretty cheap. http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=2597121&highlight=Piracetam There is a whole bunch of info on it. If you search those forums you can see threads created by CognitiveNutrition (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/member.php?u=1566131)<SCRIPT type=text/javascript> vbmenu_register("postmenu_179341041", true); </SCRIPT> with a whole bunch of tests and studies on the substance. O and the stuff they stack it with is Choline. I think it is because piracetam can lower choline. If you get foggy/tired/headaches with just piracemtam alone then you should add in choline (those are the signs of a deficiency).

Get a good amount of sleep, stay hydrated and eat properly. All you need for a good amount of energy.

If you're looking to increase your memory potential, i am currently reading Derren Browns book , Trick of the mind. I havent got to the point where he explains his theories on memory but they are the ones used to card count etc and i have seen work as my friend has implemented his techniques. If you want i can update you when i read up on it, or you can do a search.

Trick of the mind is great! He teaches you the Loci system, memory palaces and many other techniques. He also reveals the easiest way to learn a memorized stack. Also look into anything by Harry Lorayne. He is a memory, mind, and focus master.

It is supposed to be really good in the bodybuilding world as well. I think it helps with recovery and lowers cortisol. Supposedly it's a mood enhancer too.

pronounced fos-fa-tie-dil-ser-een
