I've retook training after a good while, and bought some weight gain powder to aid me in gaining weight, thus adding a daily litre of milk and some food as well. I think I've gained a bit muscle and burnt a bit fat, but since my weight fluctuates sharply through the day (even peaks of 10 pounds of difference) is not a good indicator of my progress, but photos prove me right and i feel better so anyway.

Using an aluminium canteen, i was able to mix a good amount of the pownder with the litre of milk, which I consumed 60% or so at 12:00 and the remainder at 18:00, and cleaning the bottle after emtying.

But sadly I had to discard the bottle, worth 9$ , for the sake of safety. Why? It didn't give any weird taste to the mix (ponwder did), but the empty and washed bottle smelled like ROTTEN FISH.

I'll try to find a plastic canteen, but I don't know if the result will be the same,... The pownder comes from Decathlon, from the brand Aptonia, which I assume Aptonia is to training as white brands are to low-cost food. At least the ponwder seems to do his job... Anyone with this problem?

owww... sounds terrible. :puke: some protein powder smell bad but the stench of rotten fish in your bottle sounds ghastly.

I don't understand your post, but the best whey protein powder you can buy (well, best and most cost efficient) is Optimum Nutrition's 100% Gold Standard Whey. I use 3 scoops post-workout along with Protein Factory's Super Plasma Protein (6tsp = 30g bovine plasma). Total of about 90g protein in a post workout shake.

Not to mention I add in WMS at 120g. Good shit.
