Question about "herbs", rolling, etc. etc.

OK, I'm getting up there in age...health is pretty good and all, and I have been under a lot of stress. I wish meatman was here, he could help me out. Anyways, I purchased a "party sampler pack" from herbalsmokeshop.com and I'm having trouble with it. When I was a lot younger, I smoked a few times, but not much to make it a habit. Now, it came with rolling papers and that didn't work out too well. It burned up real quick. I also tried the pipe it came with, but I guess I didn't put enough in there, so I tried burning a piece of paper on top to get the rest burning....didn't work too well. I managed to find some Chinese pipe that my wife had gotten long time ago...mind you, it has never been used. Mainly for decoration. It has a small bowl on the end and a long shaft...so I filled that up, and got it lit and smoked. Well, it didn't burn too good, and what I got in me tasted like shit. I don't know what I did wrong :lol: Can anyone here tell me if this has happened to them, and what I have to do to get an enjoyable experience? Thanks guys.

To get it really burning you need to suck on the pipe while lighting it (with a flame). Do that a few times without really inhaling until your stuff got that red burning glow over it.
You can add some shag or tabacco to your weed to make it last longer and maybe making it more enjoyable.
Here in Holand we almost never take it pure.

You can also bake a cake with that stuff for if you really want to be stoned.

Well, what I rolled looked pityful. When I lit it, it burned really quick...I didn't think it was supposed to do that. Cigarettes don't burn quick at all.

:lol: I'm not sure what You mean, but sounds funny enough. I did smoke for years when I was young and stupid (now I'm only stupid...), and was pretty good in rolling smokes while walking in the army. But, that herb thing... hmm... must be something to do with how tight to roll them so they won't burn too slow or fast. As I said, can't help with that because I've only smoked cigarettes and cigars.

You probably know this but, I will say it anyways; you should always research before you try any new drug.

It is EXTREMELY difficult to overdose on Salvia. While the experience (if you're able to have one) may be intense, it will end.
The fact of the matter is, Salvia D. is kind of a difficult thing to get working. When I did it (5x extract) we had to take massive loads from the water pipe, hold it in as long as humanly possible then go again.

Also, I wouldn't bother with that 'sampler pack', chances of actually relieving stress aren't so good - the best you could hope for would be, to not get a headache.

Well, now You do: Bobo has never tried anything stronger than alcohol. I won't say that I never will, but I'm pretty sure I won't. I've lost good friends to drugs, and despite the fact that POT is concidered light and harmless, it has often been the gateway to stronger stuff. For many it's a big step to actually try pot, but once You do it isn't such a big step to go futher and try something else.
