So I use to have a different Name but I guess forums changed? and my old name got deleted. OH well its not like I used it that much nor did I take PE that seriously. New name..new beginning I suppose
Right now my routine is super beginner even though I have PE'd before.
(Pro Thoughts).
Im 21 and found this site when I was 19? I guess. Havent really done it consistently to bitch about not gettin gains.

GIR 4.75 approx (For this do you measure the size of the head? or your shaft?)
Ill measure again in a month and We'll see my goal is maybe .25 inches to put me to 6 BP. and 5

After a month...
I stayed the same
BP-5.75
Midshaft G-4.75.
Routine..
5min warmup
30 second warmup in 5 directions (straight ahead, down,up, left right) X2
Wet Jelqs 200-225
2 30 second holds.
Warm down.
Any suggestions?

Maybe up the Wetj to 350 and work up to 400 by next month and add some dry j 100 - 200.
Check that you are jelqing at the correct erection percentages. Holds are for girth but I don't see them working if you dont do dry jelqs.

Yes I meant stretching.
I try to go every other day, but dont always stick to M-W-F, could go T-Th-Sat . Im sticking to it, Ive been way more consistent on going M-W-F this month until my vegas trip that is. I also try to do light stretching on the off days.

So Ive been doing this stuff for 3 months now and still no gains. Im pretty sure im doing the jelqs and warming up correctly considering ive looked at the video. This is starting to get annoying, but what choice do I really have? So ill keep going. :) hehe

What is your routine and how long do you do each sessions? We need this information to help you, even your diet, daily excercise and sleep.

Ok well
This is my usual routine
5 min warm up (shower)
Strecthing in all directions 30 seconds each 2x with helis
Dry Jelq Around 100
Wet Jelq 300-400
Holds 30 seconds each 2x each hand while kegeling
5 min Warm down with warm towel.
I go to the gym about 4 times a week, Im pretty fit and get 6-8 hours
I do have a question though..when you Jelq are you suppose to *FEEL* the blood go to the head of your penis? I use to jelq and didnt really feel the blood flow, but i started gripping harder just to see if it would make a difference. From what I read, gripping too hard will give me red spots and I thought it was better not too grip too hard and be able to PE rather than grip intensely and injure myself.
Im pretty sure Im doing everything else right...

All of that sounds good to me. Make sure you dun strech to hard since you are a biginner. You should start with only 15 sec steches the 30.
Yes you are suppose to feel like the blood is forced to your penis hard. Alos the harder you grip the slower you should stroke. If you get red dots, stop and give your penis 48 hrs (2 days) to heal.

Yeah the grip needs to be enough you can feel the blood and see the head inflate. Watch the video angain and watch how the head expands. Also you may tone the stretches down a bit, but i doubt its doing to much to it. Plus 3 months is nothing. It could take 6 months or even a year. MAYBE MORE. Just depends how your body responds to the PE.

Hey Endi,
I'm glad you still around man don't give up. I've looked at your workout and you should be gaining using that routine. Perhaps you need to look at your erection percentages for jelqs. You should be feeling the blood being forced through the chambers and into the head of your penis. You wont feel blood in your penis if you don't have at least a partial erection.
Remember that you need an almost flaccid penis for stretches only. For the rest of the workout you need to vary the erection % for each different excercise. Everyone is different but for me I get an erection by wanking to 100% just to get it up. Then to do dry jelqs I keep the erection between 75% and 95% throughout, stopping only to maintain the erection about every 30-50 jelqs. (do not cum).
When I wet jelq I keep the erection between 75% and 85% using the same technique as above. I also kegel whilst I do the jelqs to keep a constant supply of blood in there.
Your stretching seems to be a little on the low side. I'd recommend that you increase the stretches to 4 - 5 sets in each direction. As far as your grip goes i would say don't try to strangle your penis. It should only be tight enough to slide down your shaft forcin the blood forward for wet jelqs. For dry jelqs your grip can be tighter because the object of the excercise is not to move your grip very far, maybe about 1/2 inch - 1 inch in total.
