l-arginine/l-ornithine and l-lysine schedules?

take the former every other day and l-lysine everyday in between? I red something about building up a tolerance to it just asking....

Make sure you take your Arginine/ Ornithine supplement at the opposite end of the day to when you take the lysine supplement.
