Don't go for the jugular matey! take it slowly first and then build up to 400- 500.
Build up your Penis fitness first. :neut:

i used to use canola but the smell, ugh i can't even cook with the stuff anymore. baby oil is less offensive, slightly nostalgic, and seems to last forever.

How long have You been PE'ing? The reason I'm asking is if You're only just started, You're overtraining big time! PE'ing is like going to the gym: recovery time is just as essential as the training itself. Every day You say? Do You mean seven days in a row, with no off-days? That way You'll end up injured with erection problems, my friend! Oh, did I mention: no gains.

500-600 jelqs a day sounds like way too much! With that amount You shouldn't do more than a m-w-f schedule with weekends off. But, because You're only starting again, don't do more than 200 or You'll only get injured! You should heal enough between sessions, and if You don't, You won't gain. I think it's time for my lecture again: click + read here (http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=22)

so I should do a 300 a day for the first 2 weeks? along with weekends off
then bring it up to 500 m-w-s- with friday and sunday off.
along with l-arginine as a healing supplement along with tribulus for more testosterone production.

Are You in a hurry? Of course we all want to gain as fast as possible. The trick isn't in the amount of jelqs You do, so don't think You'll gain faster the more You do. To actually gain, all You need to do is stretch the tissue to a limit, and then let it heal before the next workout. Doing too much too often only rips the old wounds open without letting them heal, meaning possible injuries + no gains. Did You read the links I posted? I don't think so.

I agree with Bobo. In the beginning your penis tissue needs to get used to stretching beyond its normal capacity. Then it needs rest to heal and grow. Think about body building or fitness training. You can't achieve super fitness of muscle mass after a month of training. Same principle applies to PE. If you start too intensively in the begining then your penis will hit a plateau early and you won't have anything to "upgrade" to when it happens. You need to leave room in your schedule to add in new exercises and increase intensity. I like to refer people to Clockers old Diary in the old CC. There you can see a prime example consistency and dedication.
