WELCOME TO THE NEW BODYBUILDING AND SUPPLEMENTS SECTION OF CC!!! :cheeky:

In this new section, you will be able to discuss anything bodybuilding or supplement related. If you find a great a new BB product or supplement, let us know. This will be your bodybuilding central. Feel free to even make a new progress diary in this section and use it to track your muscle building, bulking, cutting, bodybuilding journey. So without further a do......

The Core is CC's one stop shop for all the best bodybuilding information and links. This thread will sticky the best there is relating to bodybuilding and supplement use. Onlybody building supplements please. This thread will only contain links and usefull info. IF you feel like you have a good contribution or have found a good article somewhere, make a new thread and if it is good enough, it will be added to the list. The great thing about this info is it will be ever growing and changing depending on what you guys put into the section!

Oldie42's workout program is very interesting.

Although the fact that it involves anabloic hormones being produced in the body seems like it wouldn't be an effective long term program because you have to be constantly cycling through phases and eat the exact amount of proteins, which would get annoying after a while.

Personally, I prefer quick workouts that don't require too much thinking.

Yeah im OCD about some things. Like when shit is stacked up, it have to have it perfectly stacked and even on all sides. :shrugs:
