what items should a good basic first aid pack have?

i have:
plasters
acriflex (i forget name- like germolene)
gauze
2 small wound pads
2 larger wound pads (whatever the name.
surgical tape
tweezers
scissors

what else do i need? im thinking it might be cheaper to buy the rest seperatly.

Suntanning lotion
Pills against diareaa (?)
