Ok i guess its time to post the questions here now hehe.
Ok heres what i want to ask.
I'm going to be starting a new fitness routine from June 9th, the free muscle building site that Wern gave us actually, and im wondering on supplements.]
To put a long story short, i dont have any, and i cant buy overseas 'cos the currency here is worth shit and doesnt have any value in the foreign exchange market so im kinda bollocked about that, but i do have multi-vitamins :lol:
Im wondering if the not having the supplements will drastically slow me down in putting on muscle mass, and also in adding inches to my dick?
Regarding food since we're an island in the Indian Ocean we eat a LOT of fish, and my uncle owns a livestock farm so we eat a LOT of chicken too. Plenty of fruits and veg too. To be honest i dont really have much of a choice in what i eat here, but the food thats cooked is generally quite healthy so will that help aswell in good gains both muscular and "penular" hehe.
