Slick Rick for Girth

This exercise should be done after a jelq session.

• OK, to do this one you will need about an 80-100% erection - Any less and the exercise won't work.
• Do 3-5 slow jelqs to push some blood into the head of the penis.
• Contract your PC muscle REALLY tight and fill up your shaft with blood and then keep the blood in by using your left hand as a tourniquet at the base. Your dick should look really pumped where the blood is being held in.
• You can release your PC muscle now.
• Next, make a really small OK grip with your right hand. This needs to be REALLY small - no bigger than 1cm.
• Position this OK grip on the "swollen" head of your penis (your little finger should be towards the base of your penis) and then slowly start to slide the OK grip down the head.
• This requires effort because the grip is so tight. You are basically trying to slide all the blood out of the head and down into the shaft.
• Move slowly and then when you get past the head and your grip sort of 'clicks in' under the ridge, hold your hand there and continue squeezing.
• Both hands should now be squeezing tight and due to the massive amount of blood that you have just squeezed down into your shaft - it should look like a balloon!! Honestly, when done correctly the pump is incredible!!
• Hold like this for about 10 seconds and then release your base grip first to let the blood flow out.

The most difficult part to this exercise is getting the blood out of the head. To do this, you should really pump your PC muscle first so that your penis is fully engorged with blood. The tighter the head feels, the easier it will be to move your ok grip down and push the blood out.

The other main problem is the sensitivity of sliding it over the head. When you clear the head and click in below the ridge, it can be kind of painful at first. Make sure you use lube!

As I've already said, this will take practice but it's an absolute kick ass exercise for girth. Do 5 - 10 of these and your girth will get huge!

Ultimate Pump And Variates.(For Girth)

This exercise should be done after a jelq session.

• First, get yourself a nice 60-80% erection.
• Make a tight OK grip at the base of your penis with your right hand and slowly slide it to the head (just like a standard jelq), when you reach the head, tighten your OK grip and hold it there just below the ridge.
• Next, pump your PC muscle HARD so that the shaft fills with blood behind your right hand OK grip, then take your left hand and make another TIGHT OK grip right at the base.
• Squeeze both hands very tight so that you completely trap all the blood in your shaft between the two hands.
• Continue holding your PC muscle and after about 10 seconds your penis will start to swell and you may even start to feel a little pain as your shaft expands.
• Let go of your PC muscle but keep your hands tight and with your right hand at the top of your penis, start to bend your penis downwards to further expand the already engorged chambers. In effect, you are trying to "snap" your penis between the two grips (obviously you don't push hard but just enough to feel the chambers stretch). You may also like to stretch the penis left or right to expand those chambers too.
• This whole process should take about 20 seconds from beginning to end.
• After about 20 seconds, slightly loosen your base grip and pump your pc muscle again hard to fill the shaft back up with blood.
• Immediately tighten your base grip again and repeat the above process.

After 2 reps or so of the above, your penis will be exhausted and your PC muscle even more exhausted!! Keep your top grip in place throughout the exercise and focus on really filling the shaft with blood. You should visibly see the veins trying to pop out the skin just like if you cut off your forearms circulation.

When you feel the pain of the shaft filling with blood, try to stay with it for few seconds more. This is when the big gains come. As with everything, you're only get out what you put in. SO WORK HARD

Ultimate Pump – Modified

As with the Ultimate Pump, this is also best done after a good long jelq session. Here goes:

• Start of by performing a regular Ultimate Pump.
• When you are into the exercise and you have your penis shaft bent in the downwards position between the two ok grips begin to make a wave motion with your penis. Imagine you are imitating sound waves with your penis.
• Now onto the next part!

Ultimate Pump #2

This has got to be one of the most intense girth exercises out there if not the most intense!

This should be done after a good long warm up and an intense jelq session.

• Begin by performing a standard Ultimate Pump.
• When you have the penis bent between the two OK grips begin to perform the modification that is explained above.
• After you have done a few waves (3-5) straighten out your penis but keep the two OK grips in firm place.
• Now, loosen the OK grip around the base slightly and perform a 3 second hard kegel to get as much blood in as possible.
• Clamp the OK grip shut again.
• Slowly begin to bend your penis downwards as if you were performing a standard Ultimate Pump again.
• However the pressure will be greater due to the previous kegel and a 'refill' of blood into the shaft.
• Make the bend last about 5-7 seconds and when you have bent the penis to its max, hold it there for about 5 seconds.
• Next, straighten out the penis again and loosen up your OK grip at the base and let all of the blood drain back out of the shaft.
• Now, perform a hard kegel of around 5 seconds to get as much blood in the shaft as possible and clamp back down on the OK grip at the base.
• Keeping the penis straight, with the OK grip at the base begin sliding it up the shaft about an inch or two (As if you were doing a normal Dry Jelq). Do this slowly and repeat for 4-6 strokes.
• Then with your OK grip back at the base, loosen it up and kegel in some more blood.
• Then begin to bend the penis for one last time. But instead of bending it all the way down, bend it to the right and left and then upwards and then downwards (Don't do complete bends in each direction, just bend it slightly to expand the shaft slightly).
• And then release the grips.

That's a lot to take in I know so I will narrow it down.

An overview:

1.) Begin by performing a standard Ultimate Pump
2.) With your penis in the downwards position start with the wave motion and repeat this up to 5 times
3.) Straighten out your penis keeping the OK grips tightly in place
4.) Loosen the OK grip around the base slightly
5.) Do a ~3 second kegel and get as much blood in as possible
6.) Clamp the OK grip shut again
7.) Bend your penis downwards again as if engaging a standard Ultimate Pump
8.) When the penis is bent out to its max hold this for up to 7 seconds
9.) Straighten out the penis
10.) Loosen up your OK grip around the base of the penis slightly and let the blood drain back out of the shaft
11.) Perform a hard kegel of around 5 seconds
12.) Clamp the OK grip back around the base
13.) Keeping the penis straight begin sliding the OK grip the is positioned at the base slowly up and down the shaft as performing a stand Dry Jelq
14.) With your OK grip back at the base, loosen it up slightly and kegel in some more blood
15.) Bend the penis slightly in each direction to further expand the shaft

Remember throughout the whole of this period the OK grip that you have in position below the glans should never leave your penis. And the OK grip around the base of the penis should never leave either - It should only be released slightly when you are required too.

Exploding Head (For Girth)

This exercise should be done after a jelq session.

This one works your head as well as your girth.
• Get about a 50% erection and then make a tight OK grip with your left hand at the base, trapping the blood in.
• Next, take your right hand and do an overhand OK grip (i.e. - so its a mirror image of your left hand - little finger closest to head).
• Squeeze tight with your right hand (index and thumb) and hold for 5 seconds.
• Next, close your second finger around your shaft too. Wait 5 seconds and then close your third finger.
• As you close each additional finger, your head will start to expand as the blood is forced upwards.
• Finally, close your little finger and squeeze your whole hand...your head will be HUGE. Hold for as long as possible and then slowly release your hand one finger at a time, being sure to keep your left hand base grip in place.
• Pump your PC muscle to pump some fresh blood into the shaft, repeat.
• Do this for about 10 reps, 30 seconds each. Make sure to pump new blood in after each rep.

• After your regular warmup stuff, begin wet jelqing - palms down.
• After you've done some regular jelqs & got your cock to the usual size
during jelqs, try this variation....
• Do 10 - 15 reps (it doesn't really matter exactly, as long as you do

• Start out with your fave warm up - I do it in the shower.
• Get an erection, medium hard (you'll have to make it harder as you go along)
• Right, now use a milking/jelqing exercise, basically one you like doing and that pumps blood into your head. I do a simple one hand dry jelq, very tight and very slow for 20 reps.
• After the set of milking/jelqing you do the MegaSqueeze:
• Pump as much blood as possible into you penis (don't worry if it's not TOO hard at this stage, you only want it REALLY hard at the very last set).

• Wait a second, let go ever so slightly of the torniquet hand - kegel hard - close the torniquet hard again.

• Make a tiny little ok sign with your index and thumb. I mean TINY - half a centimeter or less.
• Now start at the very tip of the head and slide that tight ok sign down your penis until it's past the head. Hold it there for ten seconds.
• Obviously your tiny ok sign is going to have to loosen up a bit to be able to slide down the head, but keep it as tight as you can, thus moving all the blood you pumped into the head down to the shaft.
• Your shaft will thicken up considerably.
• Let go of the torniquet hand first, slowly, then the hand at the head.
• Repeat the milking/jelqing.
• Repeat! I do 10 sets of 20 jelqs and 10 sets of 10 sec MegaSqueeze at random day intervals and it's working wonders for my girth.

Caterpillar hold

• Do this with at least 90% erection
• Place left hand (palms up) at base of penis. Clamp the base tightly with just your bottom 2 or 3 fingers (depending on your penis size & hand size).
• Place your right hand (palms down) around your glans. Begin to clamp the tip with just your bottom 2 fingers.
• Get a snug, compact grip as explained above.
• Slowly close 1 more finger at base, then 1 more at top.
• Do this until the forefinger of each hand is clasping your penis.
• Your fingers will be "rolling" closed (like a caterpillar walking - hence the name).

Caution: As you are not moving your hands, just curling your fists shut, you can generate far more intensity upon your penis than you can with a jelqing motion. These are brutal - be careful.

Tips: Do these slowly, and with force. Always make sure that the hand at the base is clamped tightly, preventing the blood from being forced out of the penis. Also, do these only after your penis is very warmed up. I try to hold very tight for at least 15 seconds - depending on the level of discomfort/pain. Then I shake the penis out thoroughly, maybe do a few jelqs, then do another Caterpillar.

Targeted Holds

OK guys, there's a variation of holds which I used and worked for me. I think I was the first one in this forum to try it out and see some results.

I have always been annoyed with my baseball bat shape (base thinner than upper shaft) and I couldn't get rid of this shape with normal holds.

Normal holds you know, "get a 70-80% erection, then grip your penis at the base with the OK grip. Hold the grip, and squeeze for 5-10 seconds. It should bulge and become veiny. Then release the grip."

It involves a very simple grip with your whole hand (when I say whole hand I mean grabbing your penis with your five fingers - like when you masturbate). The grip does not involve the OK grip. With an 80% plus erection you grab your dick half way through your shaft (from the middle of the shaft to the tip or glans) and leave the lower shaft to receive the pressure caused by your grip. ONLY THE LOWER SHAFT, which is from the middle of your shaft to the base. I recommend to do this with your palm down, I tried with palm up and I couldn't get a good grip. Palm down is better for this grip.

Press the upper shaft to direct the blood pressure towards the base of your shaft and hold it for 5 seconds (10 seconds should be the absolute maximum). Remember that you're squeezing your penis with your whole fist, this will produce an enormously intense pressure in the lower part of your shaft, therefore take it very... VERY EASY.

This hold SHOULD NOT exceed 10 secs, best is to keep it 5 seconds each rep, and give it at least 10 seconds break in between reps. You will feel the pressure of this hold in your suspensory ligaments because you will be pushing the blood towards the part of your corpora cavernosa which inside of your pelvis. Also, the blood will be trapped exactly where your suspensory ligaments are. Once again, DO NOT take any risks and DO NOT overdo this exercise. Keep it 5 seconds each rep. That's it!

This exercise helped me to correct my baseball bat shape, I'm sure it will help you who's also annoyed with this shape.
