LENGTH EXERCISES
THE BASIC WET JELQ a.k.a. MILKING THE PENIS
These target length mostly, but hit girth as well, making them the key exercise in a NPE practice. So, using which ever method you choose (palm up or palm down) get your "ok" grip at the base. As your reach the head, the other hand should be ready to repeat the stroke

Each jelq should last about 3 or 4 seconds. A little longer or shorter shouldn’t hurt, but try to keep in in the 3, 4 second range. Now continue this process until you reach desired number or length of time.
*Tip 1 – Don’t grip to tightly or you may cause injury to your penis such as redspots. Red spots by the way are no big deal really, but mean time off for recovery
*Tip 2 – Keep the tightness of the grip even all the way throughout the jelq. If you get tighter as you go or looser, it can alter the shape of your dick and you could end up cone or baseball shaped. Nothing major, but not as nice as a evenly shaped dick.
*Tip 3 – DO NOT JELQ FULLY ERECT. Try to jelq at about no more than 80% or so and no less than 50%.
VARIATIONS
There are a couple types and a few tips and variations. Get you some lube. I love Vaseline(petroleum jelly) (pic) (http://mercury.walagata.com/w/gspot19/vaseline_0_1.JPG) but there are many types you can use. Vaseline is just my personal preference.
Make sure to get well lubed up. Lube your penis well and even your hands just as well. You want to get good “slippage” during your wet jelqs. First I will explain the two different jelq methods – palm up, and palm down
PALM UP JELQ

Now I prefer the palm up grip only because it feels better to me. There is no proof that one works better, its just a personal preference. So experiment with both and see which one feels best to you.
G-SPOT’S VARIATION
I owe this one to Synthetic and its called ironically, the synthetic jelq. Its simply that instead of just releasing your jelq at the head, you give a slight tug at the end. Then every 10 jelqs, you do a five second stretch.
STRETCHES

*Tip 1- If you are finding the grip hard to maintain for the duration of your stretches, use some baby powder or a towel or wash cloth. Maybe even a shirt. Anything that can help the grip.
*Tip 2- If you are wondering if you are getting a good stretch, feel the ligaments at the base with the other hand. A slight push at the ligs is all you need (pic) if they feel tight, you got it just fine.
*Tip 3- Notice I said gently pull. Don’t try to rip your penis off. You may end up injuring yourself. You just need to feel a good tight stretch
G-SPOTS VARIATION
I explained a little subtiltie to a stretch long ago in my diary, but no one really seemed to pay attention to it. But do it once and feel the difference. So to re-explain the stretch:
THE G-SPOT SQUAT STRETCH
Now putting this on here is difficult for me because of the fact the stretch feels so good, you can easily over do it. Remember to not try to rip your penis off. This is basically a variation of the downward stretch if you can call it a variation that is. Simply do a slight squat as you stretch downwards with one or both hands to help grip only, not to try to to pull too hard.(pic) (http://mercury.walagata.com/w/gspot19/squat_stretch_0_1.JPG) This may seem silly, but do it once and I guarantee you feel the difference as it isolates the ligaments and gives a great stretch.

HELICOPTER SHAKES
This is not really an exercise, but I always do them before jelqing and MOST importantly before stretches.
What do Helicopter Shakes do/achieve?
As far as I can see, they do three things simultaneously
1. Encourage Blood into the FLACCID penis, and help keep it there. This is very useful as jelqs rely on the penis being full of blood, while not being erect.
2. They provide a mild, yet effective stretch.
3. They relax the tissues of the penis, which is beneficial to your other exercises; such as stretches and jelqs.
How to do Helicopter Shakes-
You might be expecting some wild and wacky new form of exercise, but they're actually very very simple. I think that alone they wouldn't encourage very much growth, but it's the way they are incorporated into your regular workout that makes the difference.
Grip your penis at the base with your dominant hand (the hand you write with), using the OK sign. Make sure you are holding your flaccid penis as far down towards your pubic hair as possible. Now squeeze a little, to cause a slight bulge in the overall shaft. Now you must swing your penis in a circular motion, just like the blades of a helicopter. You should be swinging it on a vertical axis, not horizontal. Try to keep a smooth motion, and to ensure it's moving in a circular motion. You need to swing it around like this as fast as you can, so it's doing about 5 revolutions a second (doesn't have to be exact!) After doing this rapidly for 15 seconds, stop and go straight into an overhand stretch, using both hands. Stretch towards your feet for 10 seconds, then begin the helicopter shakes again for 15 seconds. When you finish doing this you'll notice a significant increase in flaccid length, or hopefully will, I can't guarantee anything obviously.
That's what a helicopter shake is basically.
I'm sure you're thinking that that wasn't very special, so am I actually. But it's like I said before, it's the way you incorporate this into your workout.
