i found some workout in someone here..i think its godma.it really not that bad after like 2 weeks i got a little gain, but i have an idea that might make my dick grow faster. first this is the normal one
in shower i do every other day at night
1.heolipter shakes for 20sec
2.2min of wet jelqs
3.helocopter shakes for 20
4.20 wet-jelq-strech combos, but somtimes i doo 40, 50, or 30
5. strechs 10 secs each 5 reps of up and down
6.10 mins of wet jelqs do every min or so a 10 sec helocopter shake
7. helocopter shakes for 20 sec
8. warm down with streches and helocpter shakes
now my new idea is that my 'on' days when i do that exercise. i will do a 'dry' version of that in the morning then at night do that. is that a good idea? or should i do a dry verison and the off day. also on the off day i do
off day
1.helocopter shakes 30 sec
2.50 wet-jelq-strech combos
3. strech and shakes
4. a 5min of wet jelqs
5. then you know helocopter shakes.
what do ya think? too much on 'on' day or what? havent tried it yet but a week from now i will tell you if a gain came.
