Greetings all, I'm a new Cheeky Cherry member. I just recently celebrated my 21st birthday, and realized that now, during the period of my life that should be a blur years down the road, is an ideal time to change some of the things I am not happy about. What is this? Well, first is my penis size, and second is my weight.

So where I sit right now as far as penis size is:

BPFL - 2.5 in
FG - 2.75 in
BPEL - 5 in
EG - 4.5 in

Where do I want to be ultimately:

BPFL - 5 in
FG - 4 In
BPEL - 8 in
EG - 6 in

Of course, I may adjust my goals as what I feel works best with my body, but for now I like those goals, and quite frankly I dont see why they cant be achieved within a year or two.

In any case, I also have to drop about 50-60 lbs, which I am going to begin going to the gym for. I plan to be at that goal within a year, at least that is if I want to do it in a healthy manner.

I have been reading around on the site a bit, and I noticed the stickies designed to help out new members. I am going to begin with the beginners routine posted, Thought Pros, and see where that puts me in 2 or 3 weeks. Here is the routine I plan to start with:

1. Warm Up: 5-10 min with a heating pad
2. Stretches: 3 sets of stretches Up, Down, Right, Left, and Out front. Each stretch lasting about 30 seconds.
3. Wet Jelqs: 3 sets of 50, 3-4 seconds each using baby oil (with vitamin E). In between each set I may do helishakes or massage the penis to keep blood flow.
4. Warm Down: 5-10 min with heating pad or shower.

Hopefully this looks okay, and if not please dont hesitate to make corrections or advice. I plan to begin a journal too, and will switch my measurements over to CM in the very short future.

Hopefully I begin a beneficial member of this community, and happy gaining to all.

Youll probnotice your dick willl look bigger as soon as you start droppiong weight.

As for your targets 3 inches in lengh is alot. not saying its not possible but why not shoot for 1 inch first and once youve hit that target then move the goalpost to another half an inch for example.

just to keep yourself motivated

Welcome to CC. Good choice on the routine. Its one of the gold standard routines. I also hope you are a contributing member, we always are welcome to those who want to contribute. I dunno about the goal bro. I been at this since August 03 and have not quite gained 3 inches. Either way, best of luck and feel free to ask any questions you may have. Peace:cool

Thanks for the responses. In reality 3 inches does not seem like much, especially over a 2 year period. But I suppose I dont understand enough of PE or anatomy to make an appropriate goal judgement.

Although having an 8 inch dick would be great, I would be happy getting to 6 or 6.5 inches. And I definitely would be happy with any girth and flaccid gains I receive. My main deal is I want a bigger dick, and I want the gains to be permanent, and I plan to do what I need to get there.

As for setting a short term goal, I'm not really sure what to set, mainly because I am not sure what "typical" gains are. I want to gain in erect length and girth, as well as flaccid. I would say for my first 8 weeks, I am planning maybe a quarter inch gain in erect length, and a slight increase in flaccid length.

I am not starting my routine until next Monday, as right now we are putting down new flooring and I dont actually have a room to do this in. But that gives me time to setup a journal, make sure I have the exercises down, etc.

I do have one question though ... are there any supplements, or specific vitamins/minerals I can take that would help improve blood circulation? I am taking a multi-vitamin, as well as omega-3, and acetyl l-carnitine as health supplements for my diet. I am curious because obviously a good blood circulation is healthy, and as far as the penis goes, it contributes to overall growth and health, etc.

in a year you might actually get close to that weight. I think that buy you dropping 60 pounds you can get close to adding almost 2 inches to your dick. Plus PE mabie another inch so 2 years definitley seems doable if not 1. good luck.
