how many of you guys started doing PE because you were overweight and it shrunk your penis? this is what i did because, i lose about a .5-1.5 inches of my dick from this, so i figured a 15 pound loss and some pe would would give me at least an inch on that bad boy prob some more.

thats what i was going buy, right now my nbel is 4.9 and another half inch if 5.5-ish plus some maybe a 1/4 in. in PE will get me around 5.75 which will be suitable for now

Fat pads suck, my NBPEL is 6.2 in but there is a 7.2 incher buried down there. I'm taking some exercise for it, but with no results...

man consider yourself lucky (penis size wise). Not everyone can product amazing gains in pe but EVERYONE CAN LOSE WEIGHT! Exercise wont really get you anywhere without diet though. If anyone of you guys need some help getting jump started I can definitely show you the right path to take.

I like what jason12 said, everyone can lose weight.
I have lost 12-15 lbs recently. It was super simple this time, I just eat less.
I tried exercise at the gym about a year ago and I lost weight but all it took was getting sick, or a long night and I began to miss workouts.
Plus working out gives you a major appetite.
No workouts this time (except situps and pushups). Just eat HALF as much now.
If you can find the will-power to PE, you can find the power to stop eating halfway through your normal meal. I lost about 2 pounds a week.

I feel your pain Codzilla. I'm also not overweight, but my body fat distributes weirdly: butt , pad, and a bit in the chest O_o. In fact I can squeeze my buttcheeks with one hand and feel the iron-hard quadriceps with the other...

Now that i think about it, being fat during my puberty has been beneficious, since i finally burned a lot of the fat when i was 15 and, while i'm not as slim and toned as the media dictates, i have developed a larger amount of muscle mass, part of it due to gym training, and part of it due to a well developed base mass due to my previous overweight. Heavier and stronger bones also (i haven't broke a single bone in my life).
Also, being fat probably has made my penis grow longer in order to make it usable.
I'm sure all of this is false since everything is on the DNA, but i still think it has some point on it.

???????, their are no benefits to being overweight what so ever sorry. You could have been skinny and worked out in the gym hard and developed lean muscle mass. If you lose weight all that supposed "mass" will dissapear as its fat regardless of what you may think.

I was expecting it, so I said it. I now want to clarify a bit about what I said previously. Also note that this was true for me, but surely would also happen to very few people (if any). Remember that bodies are like butts: all or them are different.
What I think is that, if one person has been overweight during puberty, that person has, or has more potential to build muscle than someone who has been skinny in his fourteens, since a fat boy needs to move a larger amount of fat during his everyday life, therefore he developes a better muscular basis. Also, if he started training with an appropiate diet, he would accept protein and other nutrients better than a skinny guy due to a relaxed metabolism.
Of course, that doesn't mean he is better at sports or fitness since his own fat keeps them from even trying, he would just sit watching TV.
About the penis length - fat correlation, I admit defeat.

Yeah i guess you have a good point in regards to the better muscle strength if you're fat, but yeah you're also right in admitting defeat about the penile length, that just made me laugh

I can offer one that will blow your mind, but you have to be VERY disciplined.
VERY
But then, I'm thin (probably because I have striven to keep myself so) and an extremist when it comes to dedicating myself to something. If you are interested, let me know. Nothing crazy, just science.

FK,
Good healthy food and excersise will make you fitter, better looking and better in bed.
And if you are hiding 1.5" under your pad then there's an easy 1/2" gain to make.
Genetics do play a part in weight gain/loss and some people do tend to pack on the pounds easily.
Discipline and motivation is something you can control.
Good luck.

i dont think the ability to buld muscle mass has anything with you being fat previously in life. Its all in your genetics whether you be a mesomorph, endo or exomorph. I was fat my younger time in life but i shed it all, i can put on good mass but find it very very difficult to staylean with a 6 pack. Endomorphs retain a lot of body fat and mass, meso is in the middle and exo is genetic freaks who are naturally lean and put on mass very easily.

I've been a little overweight most of my life, but I've never measured my penis up until about a week ago, so I can't really say. I will say it does look bigger now that I've been getting into pretty good shape. I'm the same weight I was almost 3 years ago, hell I weigh 2 pounds more, but I'm glad to say that it's mostly muscle, although I still have more to lose. I'd say my 'fat pad' is maybe a third of an inch, or maybe even half an inch at best. If I lost that, that would be pretty good considering I only want to increase maybe half an inch to a full inch in size.

I understand your point of view Ownd, and now that you mention that, I think that our bodies try to remember what they are or were, and attempt to remain that way since they work fine that way: you dont fix it if snot broken, and that is the reason that most of us find it hard to burn the fat.
If you allow me, i'll correct you in the sense that you confused mesomorphs and exomorphs: the firsts are the muscle freaks, and the seconds are ectomorphs, being not average but slim. More (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Somatotype) info (http://www.brianmac.co.uk/bodytype.htm). And you described endomorphs pretty well.
