OK, I have been working out for the past week, every other day. Already my penis feels stronger and a little thicker. I don't expect much over the next few months, maybe a quarter of an inch in lenght and about the same in girth.

On my work out days I do about 200 Wet Jelqs and a few stretches, after a shower warm up.

But I like to work out and I love feeling productive. What can I do on my off days that won't over work me. Ya know?

I do light stretches and maybe 20 dry jelqs.
