Well here's my routine... please Critique me!!! :idea: :idea: :idea:

1. 5 minutes hot wrap warm up, or in the shower warm/hot water

2. Stretching Behind the Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds (I hope I'm doing these right.) :?
Behind the Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind the Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
(I used to do straight out for about 15 sec then wait 15 sec x10 set. Then I started doing that straight up! I like the new stretching though...) :P

3. 200 Wet Jelqs lasting about 2 seconds each. (Since I have a mild curve. I try to do some of them against; while my other hand does Palms Down Jelqing... does this work...It feels right???) :?

4. I also have added in some mid shaft-Jelqing and some “compress and shakes” ... or just compress at base and let go (please forgive the lack of terms.. I’m still learning) :neut:

5. 5 min hot wrap warm down or now I like to go straight to the shower for about 5-10 min with hot water, then I just shower (good alibi). Helps get off the Vaseline. (is their an easer way to remove Vaseline??) :roll:

Well guys, Please tell me if this is a good routine!! :o

55 too much clutter in your routine. (Sounds complicated) Check out the videos or photos in the beginner section to see if you are doing the exercises right. Whats all this behind the cheeks stuff? Get yourself to http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums/showthread.php?t=21 Thought Pros Newbie routine and try that out for a month. All you need are

Warm up
Stretches all directions
wet jelqs
dry jelqs (optional)
Warm down

I would do slower jelqs. Honestly it takes me about 40-45 minutes just to do 400 wet jelqs + stretches. Take ur time with each jelq, thats how u gain.

Yea, I took these other stretches from another site I thought they would work better... but I think your right. I do try to make things complicated... I might be stretching too much... :shock: I think those other sites make things out to be harder... :roll:

By the way 55 welcome. You might want to start a diary and post some stats with your routine. It helps a lot.

When your stretching, take your free hand and feel around the base of the penis. You can feel the ligs. Feel out which angles give the ligs the most stress, then work those angles.
