Well here's my routine... please Critique me!!! :idea: :idea: :idea:
1. 5 minutes hot wrap warm up, or in the shower warm/hot water
2. Stretching Behind the Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds (I hope I'm doing these right.) :?
Behind the Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind the Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
(I used to do straight out for about 15 sec then wait 15 sec x10 set. Then I started doing that straight up! I like the new stretching though...) :P
3. 200 Wet Jelqs lasting about 2 seconds each. (Since I have a mild curve. I try to do some of them against; while my other hand does Palms Down Jelqing... does this work...It feels right???) :?
4. I also have added in some mid shaft-Jelqing and some “compress and shakes” ... or just compress at base and let go (please forgive the lack of terms.. I’m still learning) :neut:
5. 5 min hot wrap warm down or now I like to go straight to the shower for about 5-10 min with hot water, then I just shower (good alibi). Helps get off the Vaseline. (is their an easer way to remove Vaseline??) :roll:
