Measuring Girth?

I was wondering how most of you guys measure girth. Both the place at which you measure it and with what instrument. I am using a peice of string, wrapping it around, marking it, and then put it to a ruler and I measure basically at the thickest part of my penis. What do you guys do?

well i have a tape measurer. the flimsy kind not he hard kind. i measure base, and midshaft.

Yeah but when people around here say I have a 5.5 girth or whatever where are they measuring from? I'm not asking you because you obviously can't speak for everyone but I was just wondering what everyone does...

Generally most quote midshaft measurements.

yeah i do have a 5.5 girth and thats midshaft. though im starting to form a weird dick =[ its past 6 at base, then it goes a little above 5.5 then it goes to 5 3/4. its weird. i need to improve my jelq technique.

I measure base, mid, and right below the tip and average them. They are all the same anymore though, my dick has filled out really nicely like that.

i use a tape measurer cuz i think it is more accurate than the string method.

The best is a dressmakers or tailors tape. Some have both imperial and metric.
