It's like a soft drink (fruit) grape, orange, lemon, you just add water to the powdered colored sugar, or you can just buy it already made to drink it's not bad, been drinking kool'aid for years. :mrgreen

28.35 to be pedantic.
Why do the Fatlanders sell stuff in ounces then itemised the ingredients in grams?
What's the next size down after an ounce?

Maybe.
But I found the answer: It's a grain.
20 grains = 1 scruple
3 scruples = 1 drachm
8 drachm = 1 ounce.
And they don't understand the metric system. :?

mackeral and tuna? any carbs or veg? ;)
im going to have a small trout (cooking now) 500 gm boiled potatoes and make a salad aswell. just simple one.
i figure i might go for 1kg potatoes a day- half with lunch, half with dinner. cereal for breakfast for now while i think of an alternative- but going to aus will probably mess with my nutrition- i may get skinnier or fatter by the time i come back.
i intwend to look for a gym and try and workout 1x a week while there and will try to eat 3x a day.
but ive never done anything like that before so we`ll see.

not in london- i havent the money, besides id feel insecure and weird working out in a gym (yes yes ironic a gym instructor feels uncomfortable TRAINING in a gym).
no, i mean when im in aus, i`ll be moving around though so itll likely be a different gym each time. i`ll just look when im there for one that i can just go into, pay for the day and workout.
