Hey guys, so here's my quick story:
I PE'd about half a year ago, gained .4 of an inch in about 2months and took a 2-3month break. I then came back to PEing and started back at 100 wet jelqs increasing by 25 every week, and now i'm doing 250.
I've seen absolutely no gains yet. Should I change what I'm doing or stick it out with this (below) routine for a bit longer? Thanks!
5min Warm up
about 8mins Stretching (30secs each direction x3)
250 wet jelqs (+25 every week thereafter)
10x10sec holds
warm down
I follow the 5 hour rule pretty strongly and have probably only broken it a couple times.
