Ok, so lately I just picked up pe'ing again after a few months,and in doing so made a shocking discovery. Just as in bodybuilding the key aspect is remaining anabolic (continued growth). So over the past couple of weeks I developed a routine that could be done everyday in a dorm that only takes 15 - 20 minutes.

Here It Is:
Start by wetting a washcloth and microwaving it for 1 minute.

Warm up
10 seconds stretch every direction
10 clockwise cranks
10 counter-clockwise cranks
Rub a little lotion to soften the skin

Head Day:
150 toas
10 30 sec head holds
Warm Down

Shaft Day:
150 base-to-mid dry jelqs
10 30 sec holds
10 30 sec toa holds
Warm Down

Rest Day:
10 holds
10 toa holds
Warm Down

I do this routine everynight about midnight and am experimenting with a new stack of supplements.

GNC vitality vitamin pack
1.5g tribulius - (for a testosterone boost)
5g creatine - (for cell inflation)- EXPERIMENTAL
3g of arginine before bed - (for quick recovery)

Let me get your feedback on this, but take in mind that I am an experienced pe vet and wont take your newbie criticism.

I've long felt an inclincation towards everyday routines (5-6 days per week, anyway). There was a guy on here a long time ago who said he PE'ed other ways for a long time without seeing any gains, and finally achieved success with a 5 days per week routine.

I'm having a good time with my M-W-F basic girth routine, but I wouldn't mind seeing what happens if I shifted it to 4+ days per week. I don't have any soreness or anything, take long warmups, and tend to keep a resonable intensity so it might be a viable option.

Let us know how this works out for you.

PS One comment I would make is that I'd like better to do the whole penis each time, as opposed to head/shaft days. This seems like an unnatural, arbitrary breakup to me that won't hold in reality (you'll get head during shaft, and vice versa). Why not find a balance that allows you to work the entire unit each time? Just my thoughts.

I did a 7 day routine for over 6 months and had great gains. I really think you should do some form of stretching for atleast 5 days of the week if you are looking for length gains. Even now I do 3 heavy workouts a week but on the other 2 days I use an ads. It really depends on the person though and how they beat up their dick during a workout. Also I found out that masterbating frequently made it so I had to do less pe and that = less gains. How do your head days, shaft days, and rest days work though?

That's interesting to hear Jason. I rarely feel like I've beaten my dick at all after a workout; feels more like a healthy pump.

I think what I might start doing is a 20 min. IR session on my offdays, combined with some JAI stretches, and then think about adding some dries/holds based on the feedback I get from my body.
