Hi guys, I'm new to the forums but not new to PEing, I've been doing it on and off for the past 4 or 5 years, but nothing significant, a week or two here, then I stop...then a half a year later, I start up for maybe a month tops...and at first I didn't know what I was doing quite frankly. Right now, I have the urge to start up again and I don't want to lose it this time, I've been on it again for a month now and I went from just under 6.75 inches to just under 7 inches (bone pressed), that got me very excited, but I'm very busy between work, school and the girlfriend, so it's hard to find time, anyway I figured I'd trying to become "active in the PE community". I've read these boards before and you all seem like very kind and encouraging folks, I'd like to take some of that kindness and encouragment to help me, as well as give back that kindness and encouragement back to all of you.
So here's the first little bit of encouragement I'd like to give, I found this last night (forgive me if it's been seen posted already):

It's a guy talking very whole heartedly about PE and his experiences with an online pay site manual. Granted, some techniques are missing (warming up and stretching) and the amount of jelqs he says to do sound very low compared to what I've read else where, but everyone has their own methods and this seems to have worked for him...I'm certain you all know the methods he is showing, but I posted it more for the encouraging message given, not the tutorial lesson.
Second, if you don't like the image of a big black guy stroking a rubber waterfilled penis, there is this video here:

This is two hot foreign blonde girls who were inspired the first video and they did their own thing...though this one doesn't have the encouraging message, it does have two hot blonde girls that will make you penis grow, in more ways than one!
