Hi,
I am 20 yo, my penis is NBPEL=5.5, BPEL=~6, (both in straight line, not by curve). Girth in the middle shaft is 5,1.
1) Is it average, or smaller than normal?
2) Is it a corect way to measure up penis - by ruler (straight line) or I should rather use some tape or press ruler to the penis - it will include curve. Which way is use by scientists (like Kinsley report) to measure?
2) Can you help me to make a routine of PE with jelq and scratching for some lenght benefits?
My goal is quite small, because I would like to gain let say 0,2-0,4 inch lenght, is it possible? Plz help me, thanks.

1) You're average, or a little above, so calm down
2) Measuring length using a ruler is fine, that's how I do it.
3) Those goals are definitely possible. Head on over to the beginner's section of the forum and read some of the stickies to get some ideas for beginning routines.

Your goals are gainable rather quickly, like in a few months, if you do things right. Like 5-6 months, me thinks. (correct me if I am wrong). Honestly I would be surprised if you stopped at your goal. PEing is fun, at least it is for me.

1) Do not you think that 5,5 Non Bone Pressed is under average?
2) Should I make scretchings (all directs) and jelqs or some other technics?
3) Is it true, that penis grow up a bit when you are in mid 20s?

1) 5.5" NBP is not under average. Anywhere between 5" - 6" nbp would be considered average size.

2) I assume you mean stretching rather than scratching / scretching (whatever that is). Yes you should include stretching in any basic routine. I would suggest you start with a 5 - 10 minute warm up followed by 3 sets of stretches @ 30 seconds in each direction (up, down, out, left & right). Then do 100 - 150 wet jelqs. 5 - 10 minute warm down and you're done. Do this Monday, Wednesday & Friday for around 2 months. After those 2 months are up you can consider adding more advanced exercises.

3) It really depends on how early or late you went through puberty. If you started late then there is every chance that you could still have a bit of natural growth to come. Usually this final stage of growth affects your girth more than length.

yea it may still grow, but don't count on it man lol...that's why there's PE. Anyway, wikipedia says the average penis is 5.1-5.9" in length and about 4.85" in girth, so it sounds like you're right in the middle.

if you stick with PE like i and many others here, u wont be stuck in the middle for very long, trust me!:mrgreen

Those are good goals. If you shoot too high, you might get discouraged.
