ok,
so, ive been wondering about this for a while now:

ive seen the president of USA as "George Dubya Bush"
ive also heard him referred to as "George W. Bush"
what the frick?
am i to assume that the people who say "George W. Bush" simply dont realise that the "w" sound is actually a name, "Dubyah"?

Whats the deal with this DUBYAH/ W?

thankyou, that is all.

The "W" stands for "Walker"

I think "Dubya" is sort of a wordplay/slang. To write a word or letter how its pronounced opposed to its real spelling.
